Chris tells his boss Evan and the teacher are working together

He goes to the teachers house her husband is dead and Evan’s BMW is there w difff plates so they switched it most likely w a van

He heads to meet at the teachers family farm, finds out her family has issue with fracking coming to town

Jordan’s mom takes the sext photo to Chris, she wants something to be done as the photo has been sent to team, Chris recognizes the tattoo, one of the friends of the dead teacher, who’s address is the town 2 hours north so Evan was most likely the one stealing the fertilizer

B/c the mom won’t let Chris go after Evan, he comes clean he’s undercover

Oh I forgot to mention Chris and Jordan’s mom kinda like each other

for Medicaid fraud and tax evasion, he’s been out late meeting w his lawyer not having an affair (huh? Then why did Evan lie about it, to save his dad for what ? Like a month?) he’s going to plead guilty and do 22 months in prison

Chris’ boss wants to pull him off this case cuz 2 hours north there’s evidence of blasting caps being stolen and tested so someone is making a bomb

Evan’s mom can’t resist calling the ex gf’s mom to tell her she’s sorry she only just found out about the abortion, but the other mom says it never happened so she confronts her husband and he said that him and their son lied, her husband is going to be indicted

Raz’s mom finds gun in his hamper, confronts him about being not a good mom and she knows he’s sad they hug it out

Chris offers to get dead teachers stuff for his husband so he doesn’t have to enter the scene, Chris thinks he was murdered, phone is missing, dust outlines show things were misplaced

Evan’s mom confronts husband and Evan, she finds out the missing $ was to pay for an abortion and to keep it hush hush

Evan’s mom is Convinced her husband is cheating again, sees huge withdrawals from Evan’s account so she goes thru his messages to see if her son is withdrawing or if her husband is for his affair

Chris visits the dead teacher’s husband for a dinner w other teachers after the funeral trying to get info, turns out he had history of depression, he also attempted once, kept getting rejected to publish his poetry

He then goes to Dylan’s house, someone who is constantly studying and wasn’t emotional when finding out about the teachers suicide, his family all oddly don’t have social media presences even for business, and they rarely go out; he sees Dylan sneak into his bedroom window in the wee hours

Oh so he wasn’t scouting out a possible patsy FOR the bombing but for an unwitting informant to find out who the bomber is….

Thru him he finds out Trevor works on a farm and lied about his home address to get into the school, he can’t go into their storage without a warrant

Chris thinks it’s OOC for him to commit suicide, heads to ATF HQ where he’s an undercover agent, he jumped at This case idky when someone sent in security cam footage of a tall male stealing fertilizer wearing the varsity baseball sweater, so Chris is undercover to find a possible bomb threat on the team

After jumping from foster to foster home and not being protected as a kid maybe Chris wants to protect these boys

Chris meets with Alec, tells him he’s got Jordan in mind but a teacher at the school won’t stop asking him personal questions about his backstory, couple days later that teacher is found dead from suicide
