I wish this were organized by season, instead of the current organization. I appreciate the tips about thoughtful harvesting. Some of these look tasty, but I know some are definitely more work to forage than I'm ever going to put forth.

Uses lots of unusual plants like acorns, mushrooms and japanese knotweed. Additionally, with a cocktail called "hobbit hollow" a friend I mentioned the recipe to said "It sounds like Radagast wrote it."
