The MC and FC both think they’re very different from each other but I think, they’re both very similar in being two judgemental, “I am just simply better than the rest” peeps. TBH, they both are pretty good in their respective fields so I wouldn’t hold it against them gahhhh. They’re two very confusing individuals. It is very difficult to hate or like them.

I have decided upon the most hated, unbearable romance trope: “she is so different, better than all the other dumb/slutty/ vain girls.” And “he’s so much different than the dumb/slutty/vain boys.”
Why do characters have to bash the entire sex of their partners, in order to praise their partners? Why can’t they simply praise the specific person, while respecting all others from their gender?
