Seemed like a good description. Still don't trust it. However, this chapter keeps with the theme of accepting parts of the science you like while saying ignore the bits that point to an older earth or universe.

This could have been an interesting chapter if the author provided more than the Christian perspective. You'd think the Jewish one would be included at least. Don't trust their descriptions.

There is no difference between historical and observational science. This chapter demonstrates a poor understanding of history and religion as a whole. The Bible is the claim. Christianity and Western religion is noticeably different than eastern or non Abrahamic varieties. Poorly understanding and explaining science will fool some but not all

Some bad analogies. Again, your deity is the claim. You can explain your theology all day, but I need something a little more tangible
