I’m going to finish this book, I’ve set my pace at least a chapter a day. This is one of the most difficult reads I’ve ever attempted. Some passages I have to read several times to understand, and some are very funny. I’m listening to audiobook at the same time, not simultaneously, just alternating chapters, I find it helps. My first George Eliot, reminds me of Virginia Wolff, challenging but worth it.
