So I’ve reached the point that poet starts singing about Odysseus and Troy without knowing Odysseus is there. All I can picture is Travis Scott rapping this part and I’m WAILING! Started this yesterday just to realize I read 104 pages of introduction and translator notes lol. Well at least it gave me some context so I know what I’m reading, but I could’ve saved a good 2 hours of background reading and could’ve dove right in!
