This is the audiobook version, there are too many people too many family members too many other people everywhere else and I can't keep anybody straight. There is a character that dies at the beginning of the book and the heroine keeps lamenting them, there's a bit of a disconnect for me because we didn't get to know them enough for an emotional attachment.
