this really is the perfect kind of spinoff too bc the “magic as art” metaphor extends so naturally to cooking. the precision, the creativity, the way it can be used to calm the mind and show care to others?? my heart is bursting with fondness i love this series so fucking much

everything i’ve seen and heard about from this spin-off tells me that this was all just an elaborate excuse to draw more slutty housewife qifrey and domestic orufrey and i think this first title page highlights that right off the bat. this author knows exactly what we’re all here for
