This is really, really good stuff. If I could have enjoyed the start as much as I'm enjoying the end this would have been much more enjoyable. Ironically, the start was just as good as the end!

I've got on with Cormac's books up until now. They've seemed like straightforward storytelling. This one veers further towards description than telling, but not the kind you can easily visualise. I'll get used to it. I can tell.
