Am I the only one who gets pissed off when an author spends numerous books of a series establishing rules to only break them because she "doesn't like the character"??
Don't constantly repeate that a mated couple can't cheat on each other only to show the hero debating cheating on his mate....smh! If it happens I'll never read the author again!

Me too! That's a big no-no in my book!
Well nevermind...I saw another review. I was done with that series with The Shadows. I had preordered it then read spoilers and got a refund. Now she's screwing with all the relationships....moving on lol.
I hate cheating! Much more on mates! They are supposed to be faithful and loyal to each other forever.

Now she's screwing with all the relationships....moving..."I didn't read Shadows because of how JR essentially euthanized Selena then to bring a look a like in this book...it was just another mark agains reading the Chosen.
Looking back I've realized that JR is revisiting established couples and putting them through a shit storm to only give them a HEA again. Butch and Marissa, Rhage and Mary, and bow V and Jane. My hope is that Butch gets a hold of V and yanks a knot in his chain. If that doesn't twirl then V needs to be kicked out of the BDB...
