I occasionally lose that loving feeling when i begin to feel these characters are corresponding in ways that seem outlandish ---- though i suspect outlandishness is the authors' goal

When i saw this title i immediately thought i'd like it, but when i read about it on Goodreads [and elsewhere] i believed it might not be for me. So far i'm pleased that i decided to trust Mr Everett again.
