The first edition of this Star Trek book is my favorite fanfiction story ever, and I'm currently loving the second edition! The immense detail this book covers, especially in the military and politics of the Federation/Starfleet and the Klingon Empire, is right after my geeky Trekkie heart. The battles peppered throughout are especially engaging to read.
