Okay finally reading this!! Been meaning to get my hands on this ever since it was recommended to me. Finished the first chapter and we're already off to a great start. Even before that with the prologue... That prologue has me scared. I'm seated.

Part of me wants to go through the rest of this like ripping off the bandaid, but the other part wants me to tuck this book away and finish it when I’ve talked to a therapist about it.
