This is NOT the tension I wanted. The way I progressively stiffened throughout this party scene. And now I have about 50 pages left. How. Part of me wants to go through the rest of this like ripping off the bandaid, but the other part wants me to tuck this book away and finish it when I’ve talked to a therapist about it.

Okay finally reading this!! Been meaning to get my hands on this ever since it was recommended to me. Finished the first chapter and we're already off to a great start. Even before that with the prologue... That prologue has me scared. I'm seated.

Like who are we talking about right now cause I'm kinda in denial that it's Janusz he's referring to. Plus, that was so random. He wasn't even there. He had to be talking about someone else cause no. No! Don't even piss me off right now.
