This is my second book by Furman. I'm already so excited for this one. She spends multiple paragraphs of her preface saying how all women are called to be mothers and nurturers if life, whether or not they ever have children. This is a conversation I've been part of for a long time have never once seen addressed by any other female author. I love this woman so much.
