i am enjoying this book. its very wordy tho and i probably will have to reread simply because i’m struggling to use my context clues LOL
i really enjoy chapter 3, and her connection between the capitalist system and patriarchy—beauty itself has become individualistic and exclusionary, valued on a person’s proximity to whiteness, capital and thinness!

yea so i think chapter 4 was def my least favorite because i had to force myself to finish it in order to keep reading this book
