What an amazingly interesting book. The use of a pseudonym as protection and the recognition that there are times walking away is protection instead of failure is a lesson I think will stick with me.

I feel as a white person, I was definitely not her target audience but I am so grateful to have been included as a queer woman. Hearing about her fears of coming out to a religious family resonated with me!
