With the twist at the end of the last book, this third installment starts out strong. I love Janner's relationship with his brother, who, in this book, is not Tink anymore. He's Kalmar. Known by his king name even though he looks like the enemy. Heartbreaking but so gripping!

I'm enjoying this new adventure of the Igibys. The Hollowsfolk are colorful and the relationship between Janner and Kalmar is deepening and taking a more powerful shape.
