This book is messed up but also Jake was a terrible husband anyway

The way Lily talks reminds me of a child. Also makes no sense they didn’t just call the police and that she didn’t tell her husband the first night… seems like the kind of thing you’d tell your husband immediately.

Not sure where this is going but I’m intrigued
