I like this book the least but it's such an important book for Elven's character. Nothing stays the same and everything changes. It's words I live by because you need to be prepared for your world to flip at any moment. We're watching Elven grow through the darkest parts of his life and career and I'm rooting so hard for him.

Why is this one emotionally wrecking me? The last one did the damage and now it's the aftermath and it's all bad. I'm glad Elven is getting himself back little by little but it's crumbling. And I hate to admit I miss Hollis.
