Rhysand is pretty terrible in this book. 😣 I don’t remember if he redeems himself lol I’ll have to see in next books. Also the way his name is pronounced in audio is not how I pronounced it and it’s so distracting LOL.

I really remember nothing of this book lol. But it’s funny how Tamlin doesn’t seem too bad.

I almost feel like this book should have been split in two, because this second half feels so wholly different. I could have done with better explained plotting but I enjoy the world and the characters so I'll read the next one!

This is more romance than fantasy for sure. Not a bad thing but again not what I was expecting? I keep missing the memo on these romance-y titles lol. I'd enjoy it more if it didn't start with strange, weakly explained plots to get the characters where we want them.

I did not know this was a re-telling and the methods to make it such seem a bit flimsy but the characters are interesting.
