I’m so mad at my past self for not logging in all the books i read 😭 i keep thinking about a mm book but i can’t seem to find it

I remember a scene with on of the MCs getting anxious/stressed and the other (older?) MC offering him markers to color in his tattoos to help him relax
(And maybe they were roommates?)

Anyone knows what book it could have been? 😢
