I do not think it is fair of Jenni Konnor to give Lena emotional whiplash over wanting to be paid the same. Her friendship with Lena was obviously conditional on how successful Lena made Jenni. Lena created, wrote, directed, acted, and was an executive producer on Girl. Jenni was the officially co-showrunner, and also an executive producer, but was an occasional writer for the show.
