The dialogue is getting really therapy speak heavy.

While relatable, it is frustrating and uncomfortable to read so much about all of the protagonists' anxiety related to her weight and her stress on how she should approach teaching her daughter regarding food. So much indulgence written and then sadness around bigness. Weight thoughts consumeLena's mind and it's draining
