“we’re claiming you. you belong with us now.
and god, i wanted her more than family” OOP DEX 😈

dex using her pulse point on her neck to tell if she wants to be kissed is kind of crazy. like her heart was beating so fast he had no doubt that she wanted to be kissed 😈

i love mav flirting in front of dex with braedyn, because you can just tell that he knows that dex is in love with this girl and he’s just trying to get under his skin 🤭

“are you gonna ground her? one night, i stayed up playing video games and she grounded me.” “i’m definitely thinking about it.” DEX THATS HER KID YOURE TALKING TO RN!! STOP FLIRTING INFRONT OF THE 8 YEAR OLD

“my hellion” dex it’s only chapter 15 and you’re already calling her yours. you’re so DOWN bad.

“have you come to play too?” oh my god, i LOVE owen so much!! the first time he meets dex and he literally asks him to play with him (this is the dad he always wanted 🥹)

WHAT THE FUCK?? THE PLOT TWIST REVEAL IS CRAZZZZZYYYYY

dex kissing and comparing her pregnancy scars to a phoenix carrying her through a battle was soooo sweeettt!! i need more of single mum domestic intimacy in books

“you’re the worstest but i think i like your worst” dex is falling for her 🤪
