I had to give it back to the person who lent it to me, but I hope to find it again and keep reading! This book is so well done and fascinating. As someone who lived in Ukraine for such a short amount of time, I was touched by the stories about Ukrainian individuals, fascinated by the events in Ukrainian history I’d never heard of before, and just generally sobered by the reminder of the ongoing war.
