Funny and entertaining. I like learning about the rules of the dungeon. My initial concern was that it was simply the hunger games trope plus D&D, but the writing is good enough to hold it apart.

Im always the first to say an author doesnt need to explain every detail to you, but I must admit its very refreshing that Dinniman does that for the lore/rules of DCC
