I really enjoyed reading this past chapter because it really showed what this book what about and it’s kind of a “Idolization in the eyes of the Idol” typa thing! Also it just occurred to me that Annie is supposed to not only represent the dangers of idolization but also Coke. “Paul” being in “pain” and needing “Annie” all while not wanting to have to need her… perfect metaphor.

Gradually disliking the movie more and more. I get why a lot of this wasn’t in there, especially considering it was the early 90s, but Rob Reiner should’ve just took it all the way there.
