Okay admittedly some of these recipes sound good

The book is cult nonsense but some of the recipes do sound like they'd be nice

Again idk who needs to hear this but there is no such thing as a healing crisis

You feel like shit when you do weird alternative health stuff because it's BAD FOR YOU

He has yet to actually say anything related to diet and nutrition this has just been 133 pages for cult stuff

So what I'm getting ultimately is that our author had an MI at 24 due to a previously undiagnosed congenital heart condition and then immediately joined a cult

Our book author here wrote this in the late 70s BTW so there is literally no reason for him to be citing a highly questionable study from THE FOURTIES AND THIRTIES

Help he's citing a wildly unethical and scientifically questionable study from 1946 that was probably just a result of the lack of taurine which cats need

Because every symptom being described here as a result of food being cooked is actually just a symptom of taurine deficiency

I genuinely was not expecting this to be cult shit I thought it was going to be bad nutrition science with a twist but it's more cult shit with a bad nutrition science veneer

Why is this man citing kirlian photography as if it isn't extremely well known to be meaningless nonsense

Like it's a cool photographic effect but it doesn't mean anything
