any book with violence against women hurts. and the ending was anticlimactic in a way, everything resolved within 1 and a 1/8 pages but still a compelling read. nostalgia has its dangers

the prose is a little tricky and clearly this man is in denial of being lonely and i can understand his wife’s sense of betrayal and chicky pissed me or for the money thing.. but he was living a life he didn’t want and blew is gonna chase a dream i know will go south. lit fic you are my cup of tea
