read 18 pages on the train this morning, the rest over the past few days. i’m steadily making my way through but i’m not liking it as much as i hoped. it’s very simplified but i guess this was her second book that she wrote at 22. still a 4 but a 3.75 4😞

118 pages left. wish i were reading this faster. the man is very confusing b/c he immediately (ch. 1) hates all of ruth’s enemies b/c of their “vibes” which seems like lazy writing. also feels very simplistic, very childish. not sure about this book. 3 seems too low so it’ll probably be a 4 but begrudgingly

i’ve read over the past few days (saturday, monday, today) and i’m making my way through. my issue is that they act like teenagers even though i think they’re in their mid 20s? very clearly written by a 21/22 year old. the autistic stuff is interesting even though not everything intersects
