Mm it’s well written but the plot is pretty simple so far. Not a lot to enjoy as the topics are all dark. I feel like this whole book is just going to be her finding clues about why her husband is a monster so she can love him enough to kill him.

Hmmm I admit I don’t love this as much as I wanted to. It feels like a lot of telling and very little experiencing the moment.
I also feel like I already know how the rest of the story will unfold.
Maybe if I loved the MC more I wouldn’t mind that but she is pretty one dimensional. She’s so kind and ordinary even when she plots murder she feels rather ordinary.
