This is the third time I’m reading the same scene I swear. Why do we have to go through this again?

Aw I liked Matteo and Alessandro (but of course every time something’s interesting, the book just skips over it fast).

There’s quite a lot of common or traditional vampire lore but I’m sort of still waiting for the originality. I want to know how Schwab’s creatures differ from the many others.
