Thirkell’s descriptions of what quirky little boys do are so hilarious. I think she had three or four boys herself so she clearly knows. 😂

Somehow I missed this when I was reading the early Barsetshire books so I’m coming back to it now. 💃🏻 Tony is a piece of work!
