Esther is a messy lil bitch and I love her!

I think people make the same mistake with Plath we all initially made with Lena Dunham which is assuming they’re not smart enough to know exactly what they’re doing, and to do it on purpose. Plath is hilarious, self aware, and a really clever and bright writer in this novel and I’m having a great time.
