Aaaaaand I'm out. The dog she's watching (who she seemingly likes) just got a faceful of porcupine needles and there was zero emotion on the page. She should be freaking out, this is her "emergency situation" redo, but nothing about her reaction felt urgent at all. That it leads to a meet cute with a new potential heartthrob and she has the brain space to notice him was my final straw. Your adoptive fur baby is HURT.
