it’s exactly what you’d expect from a horror written in the early 2000s. There’s no chapters which is a creative choice and all that but i’m actually not a fan of this decision. It works for the story but it makes it feel so so long. Stuff has finally started happening so i just need to power through the rest of the book. I expected to like this a lot more than I do right now.
