Guys, what’s Philip playing at? *SPOILER* the plot is so forced. Lyra’s in a completely different social circle to Rodger (he’s a servant working in the kitchens) when suddenly she hasn’t seen him in less than 12 hours which can ONLY mean he’s been kidnapped - no logical need to think that. And the guy with particles round his hand is suddenly a wand shooting light from it.
