I’m never going to recover from this story.

Kaine Ferron is the definition of “as you wish” when in regard to Helena Marino.

"Is it dawn?" he asked, his voice almost wondering.
Helena nodded. "First light."
He exhaled. "We were-going to see the world together, remember?"

His fingers scrabbled to find hers, his eyes still on the sky. She took his hand, squeezing tightly, as if she could keep him longer if she held on.
"Never did see Etras ..." he said, his voice faint.

SenLinYu has done an impeccable job transferring Manacled’s core into Alchemised. Not to mention that the magic systems premise, and execution, is outstanding. I have the same rollercoaster of emotions while reading as when I first stumbled upon this story as a Dramione fanfic. Which is undoubtedly hard to accomplish as an author; extracting and morphing the characters from such a well known, pre-existing media.
