I do like how our protagonist is flawed. I like how that speaks to how susceptible children are to hatred and how easily influenced they can be even when they don’t necessarily want to be.

Set up is taking its time, which I like. Characters are introduced in a timely way, which I like. And we have a murderer, which I like. I’m very excited for this one!
