okay, i really want to read this on a sweaty 30 degree day in the middle of summer, so i am shelving it until then. i dont think i am delirious enough right now for what already read like a fever dream so far (positive)

i think its great that i have had to pause multiple books on account of it being too warm for the settings of the stories, yet the really nice descriptions of a heatwave in this feel out of place with the slightly cooler temperatures we have had this week. you just cant win <3
