too many shoehorned romance plotlines. plus, why doesn't leafpaw just tell brambleclaw why hawkfrost is dangerous? she has a first-hand account of him kind of plotting ways to destroy thunderclan. wouldn't all of that have come up given her twin ESP thing with squirrelflight? why did that just go away when it was a huge aspect of the previous books? dying to find out whether mothwing's been a fraud this entire time
