Idk how well I'm going to vibe with this book... This book seems very "technology bad" leaning, and survivalist esque, which I was not expecting when I originally picked it up. Like it's not necessarily bad , but like I said not what I was expecting. Also the meditations in this book are not very in depth and if you don't already know how to meditate you may be/get very confused.
