the kiss was funny ngl. mostly bc of the horrifying secondhand embarrassment i felt for the villain

i don’t think i’m capable of hate reading anymore this is genuinely miserable

this really needed to be edited. the author overuses action tags in dialogue sequences to the point where i’ve made a game out of guessing when she’s gonna use it (spoiler: it’s like every other piece of dialogue). there’s also a penchant for Stating The Obvious that makes this quite overwritten

i wish this was a modern au instead of a vague medieval fantasy, tbh. i feel like the modernized aspects would work better in like a superhero universe. but maybe that’s bc this just makes me think of better things (megamind)
