Old school romance writers - even good ones like Gaffney - didn't seem to worry much about sticking to one POV within a passage or even a paragraph. It's jarring, head-hopping like that.
Enjoying this anyway, however. The soap opera style premise is definitely of its era. A "bad" twin who's actually good, a "good" twin who's actually bad. A woman torn between the reality of one & the memory of the other. Drama!
