I love a procedural so this is a delightful read. ACAB especially Lauren Medina <3 girl you're just awful
On the other hand, the shoehorned Chicago history lessons are so irritating bc - and maybe city cops would be different idk - who just has the history of their city on tap like that. Like are there cue cards in your brain?? How many times do you have to bring up hh holmes? Also, other places have crime too???
