Met twice. Kissed twice. Why??? It makes no fkn sense. The first kiss made 0 sense. And kiss two made even less sense to the point I thought maybe it was a sex dream ?? and he would wake up???? lol jokes, nope. They just met for second time and are kissing and fucking immediately no explanations. Wtf is happening.

Thank you for saying this! This book is so popular that I felt like I was somehow in the wrong for DNFing it. But yeah the “romance” made absolutely zero sense to me.

I guess they mean emotionally slow but like....... I don't even believe they had a connection/reason to kiss the first time, so I DEFINITELY am not believing it because I felt nothing from the start omgggggg
