Kiyoshi travelled to the past with Miki's pouring. He met Kaname while she's pregnant with Kazu. Kaname mentioned that she is unable to pour for time travel as when one gets pregnant, the powers for time travel pouring goes to the baby.

When the child turns 7, they will be able to pour for time travel.

It is also a rule, according to Nagare, that the pourer is Japanese.

Kiyoshi came in wanting to give a gift to his dead wife in the past. Kazu cannot allow time travel under her pouring anymore. It's Miki's turn (Daughter of Kei & Nagare) to pour.

Only the women of the Tokita family were able to pour coffee to time travel.

The ghost lady's name is Kaname, she is Kazu's mother. Ever since Kaname's "death", Kazu blamed herself as she was the one who poured her the coffee.

From there, she met Kinuyo (Kyoko & Yukio's mother) who taught at the art school. Kinuyo taught Kazu.

The conditions that Kurata made were not followed properly. Fumiko told Goro (they got married) what happened and Goro said he probably knows that it's all a lie. But, because of that lie, Asami is reminded of what Kurata had told her about her miscarriage - that she should be happy, if not, the 70 days while pregnant would have been in vain. So, in that case, from that moment, she would decide to be happy again.

Kurata travelled to the future to see meet Asami. He asked Fumiko for help. Kurata was diagnosed with cancer and was told he only had 6 months.

When he travelled to the future, Fumiko was waiting outside for Asami and felt bad as Asami was late. When Asami arrived, she took Fumiko's ring and went inside. Asami isn't married and is still not over Kurata.

From Kurata's perspective, she told him she's married.

Yukio returned to the present, he decided to live for his mother, even though in the present, she's gone.

Now, he also knows that the ghost lady is Kazu's mother, and that Kazu was only 7 when the mother visited her dead husband and let the coffee get cold. Thus, Kazu's mother becoming the ghost lady in the seat of the cafe Funiculi Funicula, where you can time travel - All because the coffee went cold.

Yukio returned to the past where his mother, Kinuyo entered the cafe with Yuhsoke (son of Kyoko). Kazu sent her regards to Kinuyo through Yukio. Yukio lied about how he's doing to Kinuyo but obviously she knew.

Yukio wanted to let the coffee get cold as he wants to die.

Before Yukio returned, Kinuyo said "There is no greater suffering than that of a parent who is unable to save their own child who wants to die."

Yukio, sibling of Kyoko and other child of Kinuyo visited the cafe. Yukio apparently didn't attend the funeral of Kinuyo as Yukio had gone broke. Kazu recognised Yukio as he has a familiar face and Kazu was just talking about Yukio with Kyoko on the same day.

Kinuyo is now dead (cancer), she used to frequent the cafe as she liked the coffee by Nagare. Kyoko's child also stopped visiting after her death.

Gohtake went back 22 years to get a video for Haruka's wedding from Shuichi. Shuichi knew that he was from the future. He tried to give Gohtake closure.

Gohtake noticed that in the past, there was a lady with a child. Upon returning to the present, he asked Kazu whether the ghost lady is Kazu's mother. She confirmed. Kazu's mother went back to visit her dead husband & lost track of time. Thus, becoming the ghost.

We're introduced to Gohtaro, who is a single parent of Haruka. Haruka is not Gohtaro's biological daughter. He stepped up to become a parent as Shuichi & Yoko (her parents) died in a car accident. Shuichi & Gohtaro have known each other long as they used to be rivals in rugby until they became teammates in university.

Miki (daughter of Kei & Nagare) is now 6 years old. Kei did not survive giving birth to Miki.
