Something that catched my attention immediately was the world building!
This idea of literally EVERYTHING being regulated by rules and laws, from social life to human behavior, is such an interesting concept. It’s as if they traded in human emotion and thought for stability and inhuman behavior in a “utopian” world.
Really wished I read this book sooner!!
