This whole book is so depressing so far and I can't deal with it, the only highlight of this book has been Gibsie and Shannon & Johnny reuniting at her house 🥺♥️

I love the friendships in this book they're so wholesome and good, which is such a nice refresh from all that happened in the first 25ish% of the book 🥹♥️

It's good to see both Johnny & Shannon back to school again, it's almost like the first book all over again! but I don't know if this is Shannon's influence or my own reading experience, but I agree with Shannon thinking Johnny's parents to some extent don't like her

We love a love confession, I know they're gonna end up together since there's only 2 books on Johnny & Shannon but I can't shake the feeling that their relationship is kinda codependent on Shannon's part... I think it's because she's so young, I can't imagine her having such feelings at that age but maybe that's my inexperience talking...
